With the UFC seemingly more and more based on star power than X's and 0's these days, every event is a make or break for someone. This week? Greg Hardy.
Hardy has been the subject of more controversy in his first 4 fights, than most fighters in their entire careers. So this fight is especially important. At 2-1-0-1 in his UFC career, its questionable (at best) how we continue to see him involved in main events. I would venture to say that a loss, DQ, draw or an inhaler this weekend, could threaten his future with the organization. And, I am not sure that would be a bad thing.
